The leadership in the covenant community in Bergen has a wonderful habit of praying together early every Tuesday morning. This morning we met for the first time in 2009. We started by sharing our expectations and what we sensed God was saying concerning the year ahead of us. Even before we entered into the presence of God we were in wonderful harmony and that just deepened as we were praying and seeking God together.

What will 2009 bring?
We are already "far" into the new year 2009 and I wonder along with many others what this year will bring. I have had a break from blogging as I have been celebrating Christmas and our wedding anniversary at the house in the forest. It has been days of rest and tranquility. Now I am back home and take up the normal routines of life again, – like blogging on what the new year will bring.
