A dark, rainy day.
Today the rain has been pouring down all day and it is still raining. The wind is very strong, it has been so stormy, north of Bergen the strength of the wind has been about 150 km an hour. When we left home this morning by 6.45 it was not so bad. Erling joined the brothers for prayer and I prepared their breakfast. After serving them and tidying up in the kitchen, I went to town by bus.

PRAISE GOD FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND
This has been a wonderful blessed weekend. I am so exited, inspired and thankful to God for everything I have experienced in these last two days. From early yesterday morning when I went out of bed and looked through the window I had a reason to praise God. From our living room, the view I saw was so fantastic, like the pictures we see on Christmas cards. Only God can clothe the nature so beautiful. I was out on the veranda and picked fresh, green parsley from under the snow. I had a lot of housework to do yesterday, washing and ironing, baking a cake and prepared the dinner for Sunday. But I had CDs to play worship songs and I joined in praise and worship myself. I felt the presence of God, right there doing ordinary things. After finishing all my work, I had a nice evening together with my dear husband.

Light in the north
Last weekend I went with my friends Noralv Askelandand Knut Osland to the northern part of Norwayto set in elders in the covenant community in Vesterålen, far beyond the Artic Circle. We had a wonderful time with the new leaders in their homes on Saturday answering a lot of questions as well as joking and laughing and enjoying delicious food together.

Seeing people through eyes of grace
To be somebody is looking for grace
And not be blinded by needs or shortcomings
It is to see God at work in people
Rejoicing in the small beginnings
Marvelling at the faith of the trembling steps into new grounds
Appreciating the budding potential
– in people longing, dreaming and believing
When you can flow with the grace of God
In whatever measure you find it in people
You will be able to help them grow
Bringing out the best in them
Stirring them to aspire for more
Provoking them to love and good works
You are somebody when you see people
Through the eyes of grace
Then you enable them to see themselves
Through the eyes of hope and faith
Ignoring the failures and dreaming of new adventures
As they rejoice in the incredible wealth of grace and kindness
Shown to them by God and their fellow man

Apostolic and prophetic gathering
The last few days I have been attending an apostolic and prophetic gathering at Gullbotn.
-
Wonderful prophetic weekend
The prophets from UK lead by Tony Ling have done a tremendous job during the weekend at Gullbotn. Between thirty and forty people were gathered to seek God and learn more of the prophetic function in the church today

A premature word
As we have been together as a prophetic company to seek the Lord and minister to one another we have had a wonderful time. During an incident the Lord spoke to me about bringing a premature word.

Prophetic times
We are living in prophetic days. God is pouring out a fresh prophetic anointing on his people calling us to seek his face! In the prayer meetings I have attended recently there has been a new stirring of the prophetic anointing for intercession.
The next few days we will meet with prophets from the UK to seek the Lord and listen to his voice. In the weekend there will a prophetic conference at Gullbotn led by Tony Ling. I look forward to an exciting time in the Lord’s presence!
