Gud sa at han hadde skifta ut noko i himmelrommet over Bergen.

Englane stig opp og ned over oss. Noko nytt er i ferd med å veksa fram!

Vil du vita meir, bør du lesa det som gøymer seg bak denne lenka: Det tidsskiftet Gud har tala om er eit faktum!

  • The gateway to Scandinavia

During Ed Silvoso’s visit to Bergen recently he gave some very bold statements. "Bergen is the Gateway to Scandinavia and North Europe like Antioch was Asia Minor!" We have had prophecies along these lines over Bergen coming from many different servants of God. I don’t necessary believe that Bergen is the only Gateway to the rest of Scandinavia but according to the many prophetic words to our city it must be a very important gateway!

  • A new batch of students

Today I have had the privilege of spending some time with the new batch of students at Bergen Bibelskole. The classroom is full of students eager to learn. So far I have a very good impression of the present students and I am looking forward spending more time with them. Many of them are unknown to me and I look forward to get to know them properly. This year we have students from a wide varity of age and experience. I am in faith for a very good year!

  • Shout it from the mountains

The word that comes from God

Gives purpose and meaning to my life.

The word from God is my source of life

From where I daily can draw new life.

The word of God is the fountain of salvation

From where I, with joy, drink deeply,

Allowing the Word to form my identity,

By believing and confessing what he says

He has done for me in Christ.

It is so good to believe what God says about me.

It is so good and decent to shout it loudly

And confess that I am what God says I am in Christ.

  • I met with the Lord today

I met with the Lord today through an email from a friend.

I owed him an email but he was far too quick for me.

I intended to write to him but postponed it.

    As a total surprise,

    – as an act of kindness,

    – as an expression of love,

    – as pure and divine grace

    his email arrived this morning

with fresh insight from the Holy Spirit!

    My friend shared with me

    meditations, observations, and revelations

from his private walk with his Risen Lord

and the Lord came to me through his words.

I was challenged to draw nearer to God

to live a life fully aware of his presence in my life!

Far too often I am caught

    – in the busyness of life

    – in all the duties of ministry

    – in many small things demanding attention.

Far too often I am loosing

the consciousness of his presence with me.

But today I encountered the Lord

    – through his presence in an email from a friend!

Lord, let me always live with the consciousness

that the Living Christ fills me by His Spirit.

  • Praying for friends

To be somebody is to pray for your friends

when pain in your body keeps you awake

and don’t allow you to sleep

but your care, concern and love are overcoming the pain

and causing you to pray with such fervour and zeal

that you transcend the aching body.

When you are able to forget your own pain

because you care for your friends

and must lift them up to the Throne of Grace

you show yourselves to be A Great Somebody

able to deny your own needs to meet those of others!

  • Mega Shift

  • In studio

I have been to the studio to record my new book "Kristusmeditasjonar og Kristusidentitet" as a sound book. I only spent one and an half hour as a test but was encouraged by the feedback from the sound technician. He said that when I read the texts of my book his faith increased and he felt strengthen in his innermost being. When I heard his feedback I was blessed because what he said happened to him is exactly what I wanted to take place when I wrote the book!

  • Summer holiday is over

    I think we
have enjoyed a wonderful summer. It started in Spain
with only my husband and myself, a
relaxed, refreshing time with sunshine all the time, with the Word and reading
books, fun and laughter, swimming every day. Indeed we had an enjoyable,
    fruitful time.

    After we
returned to our home country we have been blessed and exited by attending two
    Bible weeks in
    Norway.

    Then we
    went to England
to join our friends, brothers and
sisters there for the third Bible week. This was also a very good time and we
were privileged to stay in a hotel especially since the weather was rather cold
and wet. But the meeting hall was warm and so were the people, great to be in
the presence of God and to listen to the many anointed servants of God.

    We stayed
one week afterwards with our daughter
Hanna and her family. It was lovely to be with them, we hadn’t seen them since
Christmas and the wonderful grandchildren had grown a lot. They are so beautiful,
good children, we loved to play with them.

    When we
arrived home, Karl Enok,s family stayed with us for a few days. The parents
left to go by their car back to Tromsø, while we had the privilege to look
after Kristina and Daniel for a few days. Those days were full of fun, we had a
great time at Gullbotn, bathing in the lake and they were jumping on
trampoline. I think we learn a lot also by listening to children, they have
often wise sayings and good questions.

    Saturday
morning our grandchildren had left us and we were back only the two of us. But
as the Word is saying:” There is a time for everything.” So we are happy in
each other company and look forward to a good autumn, to commit ourselves to do
what we can, to see His Kingdom come and His will be done. God is so good to us,
so wonderful to belong to and serve Him!
