Summer holiday is over

I think we
have enjoyed a wonderful summer. It started in Spain
with only my husband and myself, a
relaxed, refreshing time with sunshine all the time, with the Word and reading
books, fun and laughter, swimming every day. Indeed we had an enjoyable,
fruitful time.

After we
returned to our home country we have been blessed and exited by attending two
Bible weeks in
Norway.

Then we
went to England
to join our friends, brothers and
sisters there for the third Bible week. This was also a very good time and we
were privileged to stay in a hotel especially since the weather was rather cold
and wet. But the meeting hall was warm and so were the people, great to be in
the presence of God and to listen to the many anointed servants of God.

We stayed
one week afterwards with our daughter
Hanna and her family. It was lovely to be with them, we hadn’t seen them since
Christmas and the wonderful grandchildren had grown a lot. They are so beautiful,
good children, we loved to play with them.

When we
arrived home, Karl Enok,s family stayed with us for a few days. The parents
left to go by their car back to Tromsø, while we had the privilege to look
after Kristina and Daniel for a few days. Those days were full of fun, we had a
great time at Gullbotn, bathing in the lake and they were jumping on
trampoline. I think we learn a lot also by listening to children, they have
often wise sayings and good questions.

Saturday
morning our grandchildren had left us and we were back only the two of us. But
as the Word is saying:” There is a time for everything.” So we are happy in
each other company and look forward to a good autumn, to commit ourselves to do
what we can, to see His Kingdom come and His will be done. God is so good to us,
so wonderful to belong to and serve Him!
