The mystery of Christ and our mission have been the focus for the preaching of the Word of God during the Easter Conference so far. Now we have only two more meetings left, but God has brought revelation and insight through the preaching of his word. I am so excited. The Word of God has come to us in power and conviction in the Holy Spirit. Every day we have seen people come to Christ.
Yesterday Reza, a young man from Iran, gave a powerful testimony how someone shared the Good News of the Kingdom of God with him and brought healing to him at a burger shop. His life was totally transformed as he had an encounter with the living Christ. He met with a lot of opposition from his Muslim parents. But his younger sister wanted to hear more about Jesus and eventually committed her life to Christ. A few months ago his mother accepted Christ as her Lord and Saviour and the second day of the Easter Conference his father also accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. What a joy! We have bee prayer for the parents and we rejoice in the Lord for this wonder of salvation.
Every night we have had big celebrations. The praise and worship have been fabulous. We have been in the presence of God. The Spirit of God has been moving powerfully among us. The high praises of God have sounded from the joyful people overflowing with thanksgiving.
We have a mission. We have a work to do. We have a heavenly calling to fulfil the task given to us by the risen Christ. In fact Christ is our mission. He is our life. It is all about Christ.
Christ is a work in Norway. I am so excited. We are living in an historic moment. Christ rules!
