At the early prayer meeting with the leaders of the covenant community in Bergen today we had a very good time of prayer and prophetic ministry. At the end of the gathering a very good believer came to share a dream with us as the leaders of this community. I was full of expectations as I was told that this believer would come and share a dream with us. However as the dream was told my heart sank. The dream was rather grotesque, and I wondered if it could be a message from God at all. After sharing the dream the person gave the interpretation of the dream.

Kalimpong is on fire by the Spirit of God
While visiting Kalimpong in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal a few days ago a young girl approached me. She was radiant as the sun with a big smile and bright shining eyes. She spoke softly but intensely as she proclaimed these words full of conviction: Kalimpong is on fire by the Spirit of God.

Visiting India again
Tomorrow morning we leave Norway to go to India again. We love India. The people are just wonderful and the culture is fascinating beyond words. The spicy food is delicious and all exotic the fruits are countless and delicious as well. However, we enjoy being with the covenant communities more than anything else. The precious disciples of the Lord are devoted and full of zeal in their love.
The recent news of violence against followers of Jesus is very sad. I can’t really understand how it can happen. This violence is against everything the great Mahatma Gandhi stood for and foreign to the central belief of Hinduism as well in my understanding. -
A new prophetic generation
Snow was pouring down this morning as we were gathered at Gullbotn. We were taken by surprise by this early snowfall. God told us that it was a prophetic sign of his workings among us that would surprise us.
The weekend has truly been a prophetic weekend. There has been a prophetic anointing resting on us from the beginning to the end. We have been looking at some important Scripture portions on the calling of some of the Old Testament prophets, and have been dialoging on the insights we have been given by the Spirit. I am really amazed at all the various ways God speaks to people through the same Scripture portions. I am impressed by the young people gathered at the weekend. They were people of revelation and moved powerfully in the Holy Spirit. Through the sharing of insight with one another, combined with the operating of the gift of prophecy in applying the insight into people’s lives, the Spirit has worked wonderfully among us.Certainly, the Lord is raising up a new prophetic generation. It is a generation of the Word and the Spirit. They are hungry for the Word and thirsty for the Spirit. It is a generation on fire for Jesus and with a burning desire to serve the purpose of God in their own lifetime.

Prophetic disciples
It has been a great joy to meet with nearly 30 prophetic disciples at Gullbotn tonight. We will be together for the entire weekend. From the very first arrival of the young people we could sense the presence of God and that he had brought us together for a purpose. I am so excited to see the fulfilment of prophetic words as we gather together with this new prophetic generation of disciples. As we came before God together to minister unto the Lord, he manifested his presence with us through visions and prophetic messages. A new wind of the Spirit is blowing. A fresh fountain of prophetic life is has been opened among us. The Spirit of the Living God is moving!
I am excited to be alive and to serve the purpose of God in such a time as this. -
Pain
During my stay in England one of my teeth started to ache and since I returned home it has gone worse and worse. I have even seen a dentist, but he didn’t want to do anything, since it wasn’t fully clear to him what caused my pain. He told me to wait for my personal dentist to return from vacation and let him examine me and decide what to do. I have been on painkillers ever since, and will continue that way while I am eagerly waiting for my dentist to be back to work. I must admit that I have very little tolerance for pain. I am no hero!

World Watch
Since I returned from Cuba I have been quite busy and as you have noticed I have not updated my blog often since that visit. However I have been able to spend some valuable time with young believers as a response to a prophetic word I got this summer. God is raising up a new prophetic generation and by his grace I will be part of it! God is so good.
In a few hours time I am going to England to attend a conference called World Watch in the Midlands. The conference is organized by Ministries Without Borders. I have been asked to give a report on Nepal and our involvement there since my first visit to that Himalayan nation in 1971.I am looking forward to hear reports on what God is doing in many parts of the world these days we are together. -
Touring the Kerry Ring and Dingle
After a delicious Irish breakfast we started our journey to explore the Kerry Ring or the Iveragh Peninsula. Again I must say that we have had a wonderful time enjoying beautiful scenery and we have been praising God for his goodness towards us. We were even able to tour the Dingle Peninsula as well! At the beach of Inch we both had a fresh bath in the Atlantic ocean! Again, God heard our prayer for good weather. The heavy rainfall that was predicted did not come!
After returning to our B&B 2Mile Lodge for a short rest we went to Kenmare for a very good dinner at "The Coachman’s". The ambiance was very good and the food was excellent.
Saturday we start our journey back to Dublin but we will not be home in Norway before Monday evening. -
The Beara Ring
Yesterday we drove from Blanrney to Kenmare. On the way we took the Beara Ring around the Beara Peninsula. The weather forecast was not good, but by the goodness of God we enjoyed sunshine the entire day. Many places there had been torrential rainfall, but we only had a very small shower! God is so good to us. We like the scenery very much, now wonder since much of it reminds us of Norway!
We are staying two night at "2 Mile Lodge" two miles outside Kenmare. This is a beautiful B&B with excellent service! Highly recommended!
