Again we met for early morning-prayer and breakfast together at the church building. This morning thirteen of us came before the face of God on behalf of our city and the flock of God’s people that has been entrusted to us. After one and an half hours we were enjoying Solveig’s wonderful breakfast. During that time we were discussing many different topics like homosexuality, politics, and confessing the word of God.
There is something sacred about praying and eating together. It is knitting us together in heart. It is causing us to appreciate one another. It is helping us to understand one another. It is fostering real unity and harmony among leaders.
I am convinced that the hours we spend together in prayer and in eating together are well spent and will produce eternal fruits.
