Img_0523 We have just been celebrating Whitsunday or the Pentecost weekend. Solveig and I have been to Stavanger district to celebrate her sister’s 60th Anniversary. Then we have been spending time at the house in the forest. Today we have had a wonderful walk to the highest mountain to in the area, Selivarden. It is only 395 meters high. We walked on a long ridge to the very top and the view was excellent.

    Yes, God has created West Of Norway in a beautiful way!ü On second Whiteday over 1100 walkers, bikers and runners were at Ølmedal. This was very joyful ride around the 7 km. long lake in Ølmedal. There were about 147 people in the elite class. The winner, an African man, run on the time 20 min. This year was my first time and I became 130 on 38 min. Next year I WILL run under 30 min..!!!
