Today I am celebrating my 62nd birthday! I have just finished my breakfast with boiled egg, pickled herrings, blackcurrant jam and Taj Mahal Tea! In front of me I had a beautiful red rose with a nice red heart tied on a silver string, with lovely words written on it from Solveig, my dear wife for nearly 40 years!
I have been given two books as present already! Ruth Kristin gave me a little book on being in love! It contains love poems and other meditations on loving another person.
Solveig gave med a big book! I even knew the author! It was written by Håvard Rem about Aril Edvardsen whom I worked with for 10 years. I have already been through all the pictures and found myself several times! What a birthday present!
I am looking forward reading this portrait of a great man of God!
