The master and his disciple

One day a disciple approached his Master and asked him to teach him to pray. The Master answered; “Give me your Bible!” After receiving the Bible he opened it and started reading from the first verses of the letter to the Ephesians. Hello Erling! I don’t think you would remember me. I am Peter Negron’s son. I am living in Chicago, and am part of Pure in Heart church. We met just breifly for a few meetings, and at the college when it was based in Nettle Hill.
I just wanted to say that this post has blessed me. I remember Keri Jones gave my wife and I great council. He told us to ‘pray God’s word.’ We have been applying this to our lives. Faith is on the rise in us. I just wanted to say thank you.
Would you please continue writing more about God’s word, and please help us to have a greater understanding of praying the word of God?
I enjoy your blogsite, and read it almost everyday now. I am also excited to hear about the great investment in India with the fishermen. God is good! -Chris Negron USA
