It is already one week since we left Norway and this is the first time I am able to connect to the Internet to post a blog.

Today we have had a most exciting time with some great servants of God. One of them was a young man called Alfez. I like you to meet him!

Alfez

Today we had a very encouraging report from Alfez. He is working together with Peter Masih in the border area of Rajasthan and Gujerat. He is a fine young man totally dedicated to serve his Lord and Master, Jesus, the Messiah.

One year ago Alfez started to preach the gospel of the Kingdom in the village in which he now lives. After one year he has 58 members in the newly started church which is also the only church in the village! They have mostly come to the Lord through the miracles God has performed through Afez.

A mad woman was invited to come to the church gathering in one of the homes. After prayer she stayed with the family for two weeks and was totally delivered and changed completely. Then she returned home to her family and told the story of how the Lord Jesus had made her totally well. Her family was so amazed and overwhelmed that they all committed themselves to the Lord! Now this lady and her entire family is part of the new church in this village. The same thing also happened when a mad young lady was delivered and set free!

A Hindu that was oppressed by evil spirits and suffered a lot, told Afez that if could make him well, he would believe that he was a man of God. Afez quietly prayed for him and the man was instantly healed from all his problems!

Afez was calm and smiling as he told his story. He was shining like an angel of God when he was praising the Lord for his wonders and mercy! Surely, God is a good God. With men like Afez the kingdom of God will continue to advance in the great nation of India!
