Yesterday we arrived in Darjeeling. Henry and Jyoti met us at Bagdogra airport and took us by a Sumo to The Queen of the Hills – Darjeeling. Today we have had a wonderful day with sun shine and nice weather. The view towards the Himalayas is magnificient! Darjeeling is a wonderful town to visit. We have been booked into a nice hotel. We only have to climb 100 steps at the stairways leading to our room!
Today we have had an exciting report from Henry of his work in Nepal. He even brought some of his young disciples along with him. It was a great joy to hear their story. We will have more time together this evening and I am looking forward hearing more of what God is doing in Nepal. One of the disciples Henry brought along with him told us that his father had 11 wives and they were 50 members in his family! But the amazing thing is that all of them have come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour!
