During our visit to Tromsø we had a prophetic weekend in the darkness beyond the artic circle. This picture was taken at the middle of the day. Only a few hours did we have some kind of a twilight.
Friday evening about 25 people were gathered at the Red Cross House in the middle of the town. First I gave some simple teaching from the Bible and then we entered into the presence of the Lord. The Spirit of God was moving and many people prophecied in the name of the Lord. I think everyone was ministered to in one way or the other.

I attended a similar prophetic gathering in Tromsø in May as well, and I was told that they have had several gatherings like this where they minister to the Lord and to one another. The emerging church in Tromsø was born as a response to a prophetic message. I could sense a strong prophetic anointing on the entire church which is carrying a prophetic purpose in its very being. As we met for worship Sunday morning, again the Lord spoke clearly in many ways.
At the church there is a good blend of Norwegians and Africans. The Africans are mostly students studying at the northest university in the world.
We had a very good time with our grandchildren as well during the weekend. Saturday we did a lot of Christmas shopping, we played Monopoly, and we enjoyed international snacks together.
