When we went to Finland we didn’t really know what we were going to, as we had never met the people we were supposed to meet the first days. But we strongly felt led to go. Every day we saw the hand of God leading us!

Leif who invited us to come to Finland to share our vision, found us on the Internet. I just felt we should go to see them and spend time with them. It was a blessed time of dialogue and fellowship with Leif and his wife Kerstin at their summer house on an island. They introduced us to some wonderful people, in accordance with a prophetic word that was given us the very same day we left Bergen.
Petri and Tea lives in Loviisa and we stayed one night in their beautiful new home. They are serving God in a house church, in running an evangelistic cafeteria and even a Bible School. They have a heart for God and for people! We were able to share our story and some insight from our walk with God at two sessions at their Bible School, as well as minister some several of the precious people present. In the break I had a very good talk with a young and precious couple from Porvoo who had a house church in their home.
Johan, a youth leader from a big church in Helsinki also came to Loviisa to meet with us. We had a wonderful time of fellowship with him as well. Here is his comment after our visit: I think you have a LOT to give that “western Christianity” hasn’t realized at all. .. it thrills me, challenges, and arises many questions… and I’m seeking the Lord for the steps to come.
The last evening we spent with Toni and Tuulia in Helsinki. This precious young couple came to our Easter Conference in Bergen earlier this year. Toni an I have been emailing since the conference, and it was so good to see them again. The time we spent with them and some of their friends were very significant. It was a time of a new beginning for them. Their burden is to share the good news of the Kingdom of God and bring people to Jesus Christ. Their love for the Lord and for one another will eventually cause many people to commit themselves to serve Jesus Christ!
