I was stunned when Sushikant gave reports of God working miracles through him in Mumbai at the conference for covenant leaders in Jaipur. He told us some incredible stories of the works of God in his life. This was the second time we met him and I am already looking forward seeing him again. In spite his young age he is a wonderful man of God.

We met him first time in October or November 2007 in Jaipur. He had a great testimony. He was raised as a Hindu and grew ill. For three years he was seriously ill. After three years his father sent him to Surat in Gujerat to die. He could not stand seeing his suffer so much knowing that the doctors had given up on him. In Surat he met some believers from the covenant community in Jaipur. They shared the good news of the Kingdom of God with him, saying that if he believed in Jesus Christ God would heal him. He believed, was baptized in water and then God healed him completely. Ram Singh an elder from Jaipur was visiting the believers in Surat. He invited Sushikant to come to Jaipur to attend the Jaipur Covenant School. There we met him and was filled with love for him.

When we saw him last time in 2007 he told me that he planned to go back to Mumbai to start a new house
church! I was sure that he would be very successful in his efforts to
serve the Lord. I only encouraged him to multiply disciples because
then Jesus will build his church and I had a prophetic word for him from the Lord.

Now he was standing in front of us, a young man at the age of 24. His face was glowing as he gave glory to God for his kindness and faithfulness towards him. In January 2008 he returned to his home city Mumbai where he is working 8 hours a day as a jewelry maker.

30 people attended the first meeting. A lady suffering from a bent back, not being able to walk straight for years was instantly healed at his prayers, and the bent back became straight in front of all the people.

In the next meeting the Holy Spirit fell on 200 people. A lady suffering from a terrible disease causing pieces of flesh to fall of her arm came for prayer. Within 3 days she was completely healed! About 400 people attended the meetings now and God did many miracles. The Hindu extremists didn't like what he was doing and they came to disturb the gatherings and to threaten him. He faced a lot of difficulties because of the Hindu extremists but the prophetic word kept him going.

In a neighboring suburb he has started a new work. In that place 100 people with severe back problems due to occult spells were instantly healed when Sushikant cast out the evil spirit at work. One by one they shouted: I am healed! I am healed! 600 people have received Jesus Christ at that place. One of the new believers had dug a 30 meters deep well but he found no water. Inspired by the story of Jericho Sushikant was led to tell them to pray and walk seven times around the well. After walking around the well seven times the well was filled with water!

One day Sushikant had a phone call from a father of a boy that could not walk. One of his legs was thin as a man's finger. Shushikant prayed for the boy over the phone and told the father that his son would be alright after 3 days. The boy was completely healed within 3 days! Another father came to him with a baby that had been give 15 days to live by the doctors due to a hole in the heart. Shushikant prayed for the baby and after 15 days the baby was completely healed. When the parents took the baby back to the hospital to the amazement of the doctors they found no hole in the heart and had to declare that the baby was well with a normal heart!

Many people have been set free from alcohol and evil spirits. He also told me that 3 new lady converts who were illiterate came to him for prayer as they had a desire to read the Bible. Sushikant prayed for them and the following day they were able to read and to write by the miracle power of the Spirit of God!
