Two years ago we bought a summer house 45 minutes from Bergen city centre. We like the new place which we just call the house in the forest so much that we plan to move and make it our permanent residence. The last three weeks we have been trying to sell our house in the city. We have had several people looking at it and we have also had some offers, but we have not yet got what we want for the house. It is very interesting to see how different people are and how they view and value things differently when they come to look at the house. The other day we had a couple where the wife was so excited for our utility room while most of the people are excited for the tremendous view we have overlooking the fjord. We believe the selling of the house is in the Lord's hand and that he will look after us even in the trivial thing of selling a house.

I have faith that somebody gonna buy your house for the price you want, because the Lord have told it to the buyers (even they know it’s the Lord spoken or not).
I’ve tried to sell my cottage on the island for a year without any results, but on friday I’m gonna have people looking at it. I believe they will buy the cottage for the price I want.

Hi, Erling! How’s life going so far? I hope you’re doing very well with your job and everything. It might be awkward to ask, but did you manage to sell your house in the city? It’s been 3 years since you talked about it. I hope you have made something out of your old house as well. 😀
